Rates shown below are for Single Sessions. The sessions most-often include the application of Diamond Hot Packs, which are an additional $20.00. (If you prefer to forgo the Hot packs, please let us know to reduce that service and therefore the cost from your session. Diamond Club members receive Diamond Hot Packs as part of their membership and will always receive the lowest rates on all our services!
The rates are determined by the "level" of the therapist and reflect the qualifications, training, and experience level of the therapist providing the session. (Each therapist determines their own "Level".)

Level I - "Apprentice" Therapists:
Apprentice sessions focus on de-stressing and relaxation but also to improve circulation and (if you request) a deeper massage to get rid of muscular tension and improve joint flexibility! As part of the therapist's training, we may ask you to please take a few minutes after your massage to complete a quick written evaluation form.

Ask to have Included in your session:
. An application of "Diamond Hot-Packs". The therapist applies a system of fabulous Moist Heat Packs that can be used on your back, neck and hips to relax your muscles and calm your nervous system. They are also great for menstral cramps or muscle spasms in legs. ~ $20.
Topical Analgesics of "Hot Stuff", or "Antiflamme" creme from New Zealand can be a part of any 30 minute or longer session ~ $5 - 10. (We have Hot Stuff and Antiflamme available for sale at the Center)
Aroma Therapy addition to any session to enhanse your relaxation. ~ $5.
Sessions lengths may be scheduled for any 15 minute time increment. If these additional services sound good- please ask!
Hint: If you are looking for a great Relaxation massage, you may choose from any 'level' of therapist shown below.
If you need more Corrective, "Fix-It" , deep-tissue or specific work, we highly suggest you see a level II or III, or request a rehabilitation therapist.

You may benefit more from a shorter-length session with a more skilled therapist... Depending on why you are coming in - a session with a higher level therapist may be more effective than a longer session with a lower level therapist, due to the difference in skills. The more advanced level of expertise and experience will provide more effective results.
(Should you choose a higher level therapist, in the end, you will pay about the same, but you will receive a more specific, detailed session by a more experienced therapist. We can help you decide your best therapy strategy.)
Rehabilitation rates are 'fee for service', ad based on the therapist you work with. This means we bill per the therapy received rather than by the time.
We do offer you a cash discount for services if no insurance billing is needed and you pay for your service at the time you receive it, rather than have us bill you or a third party for payment later.
If you would like, we can provide you with a printed or electronic statement for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Please note: Not all therapists provide rehabilitation services.
You should be able to be reimbursded for services through your Flexible Medical Plans and Health Savings Plans. (verify with your company please)
