• Our trianed Wellness Consultants help you determine the type of therapy, the level of therapist and the length of session that would be best for you!

• If you were injured on the job or in a car accident, be sure to mention this to your Wellness Consultant prior to booking your appointment. There may be alternative therapies such as rehabilitation therapy that might be more appropriate.

• Insurance billing if it is a work-related injury or a motor vehicle case (car accident)...
  We help you with all the details and paperwork - so you don't have to have more stress!

Take your pick and only pay for what you want, but be sure to get what you need!

3 Levels of Therapists:

Level I - Apprentice Massage Therapists are brand-new massage therapists who are either just finishing school or who have just graduated. They are excellent, however they just need to hone their skills and get more experience. So, you are their professional guinea pig!

They primarily offer 2 styles: Swedish ~ Focus is on de-stressing you and improving circulation. Deep tissue/deep Swedish ~ Focus is on getting rid of muscular tension, improving joint range of motion and of course, also relaxation! (They can combine the two styles- just request it.)

In exchange for the great low rates for Level I sessions, we may ask you to do a quick written evaluation after the session so the therapist can learn what you liked or how they can improve!

Level II Massage Therapists have an intermediate level of training and experience. These therapists have been in practice for at least a year and offer a variety of corrective-based massage styles along with fantastic relaxational massage styles. You just tell them what you want and they will make it happen!

Level III Massage Therapists have had much more training and experience and have accomplished a high level of competency. These are the people to see if you have a more complicated physical history that calls for a higher level of skill. These superb therapists offer a wider variety of styles and can address your more complex issues or needs.

Rehabilitation Therapists provide Rehabilitation Therapy for people who just don't feel as well as they should!

• If you have been injured, have limitations in your function or joint range of motion or are in pain.
• If you were injured in a car accident, work-related accident or through sports
• If you are recovering from surgery
• If you just spend too much time hunched over a comuter or driving in a car all day long - this level might be best for you.

Our Center’s director, Irene Diamond, R.T., over-sees the entire Wellness Program and also provides corrective muscle therapy, called Active Myofascial Therapy - The Diamond Method® , Ergonomic Re-Education, Weight-loss and Fitness Programs and other therapies on a select basis.

Keep In Mind :

 • Depending on your needs, sometimes you may benefit more from a 1/2 hour session with a higher level therapist or come in and see a lower level therapist more frequently. This way the price will be about the same for you, but you will get better results! (Ask your Wellness Consultant for details...)
