1. Phone Coaching ~ Weekly

You and Irene will meet by telephone at a pre-arranged time each week to discuss your 'stuff'. Any concerns, goals, and issues you need to work on for that week and review your challenges and successes from the week prior. She will keep you accountable and on-task! No turning back now...

3. Wellness Mastermind Group Phone Tele-Call ~
Twice a month (first and third Tuesday of each month)

Join us every other week by telephone (the first and third Tuesday at 1:30 pm PST) for 45 minutes of support, strategy, tips and ideas on how you can reach your
optimal state of Wellness!

Do you need to get fit? Reduce your stress? Improve your health? Exercise more?...
Let us all help you though terrific support from people just like you!

This encouraging tele-call will be moderated by either Irene Diamond, Director of Diamond Wellness Center and recognized fitness & wellness coach or another qualified expert.

All you need is a telephone and once you join the Get-Fit Mastermind Club- you can begin immediately and go and download helpful recordings of previous calls!
